Sea salt bath

Just add some sea salt in a bath tub filled with hot water and lie around half hour. This sea salt bath will reduce pain and increase circulation.

Aromatherapy bath

Essential oils nourish skin, relax muscles and reduce stress and headaches. Depending on the type, the oil can have reassuring and refreshing effect. Lavender and chamomile have calming effects, while eucalyptus and citrus notes act very refreshing. Simply add 10 to 20 drops of essential oil of your choise in your bath tub and relax.
