30 g sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt
150 g carrots
3 tablespoons olive oil
30 g nettles
30 ml of water
Cut each carrot lengthwise. In an ovenproof dish, heat olive oil. Add the carrots, season with salt and fry for 1 minute. Then reduce the fire to very low temperature.
Add the water, cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes, without stirring and lifting the lid. The carrots will cook in their own juice.
Then add nettle leaves and sesame seeds, cook another 2-3 minutes and remove from fire. Allow to cool slightly, stir, and serve.
